PE Series Jaw Crusher machine

Introduction

The jaw crusher is the workhorse of the crushing industry for mining, construction, and demolition recycling. Jaw crushers are industrial-grade, continuous-duty machines. They take large pieces of rock, ore, concrete, or other materials, and crush them down to smaller sizes, for further processing in a secondary crusher or sand maker.

Working principle

During the operation of the PE jaw crusher, the motor drives the eccentric shaft of the jaw crusher through the pulley and belt, causing the movable jaw to  reciprocate along a predetermined trajectory. After entering the crushing  chamber, the material is squeezed, rubbed and crushed, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom.
