Introduction

They are typically combined with a sand washer, crusher, vibrating screen, and vibrating feeder to form a sand production line, achieving more economical and efficient production.
Working principle
The material can directly enter the rotor, be centrifugally accelerated, and then be thrown out, collide with the surrounding guard plate and crushed, or it can be diverted through the bulk disk, with some of it scattered from all sides, and the other part entering the rotor and accelerating, rushing out, colliding and rubbing with the surrounding scattered materials, and hitting and rebounding with the surrounding guard plate, forming a cycle of impact. As the crushing proceeds, small particles of material gradually form a material layer curtain near the surrounding guard plate, which improves the crushing effect and protects the equipment. The finished product that meets the specifications is discharged from the lower end outlet.
Performance characteristics
1. The throughput reaches 520 tons/hour, a 30% increase compared to earlier equipment of the same power. The product is cubic, with fine particle shape, reasonable gradation, and adjustable fineness modulus, making it particularly suitable for artificial sand making and stone shaping.
2. It is easy to operate and use. Once the specific application is determined, only minor adjustments are required to maximize its excellent performance. A hydraulic cover opening device allows for quick and easy inspection and replacement of components within the crushing chamber, saving time and effort.
3. The optimized impact angle design of the crushing chamber reduces friction between the material and wear-resistant parts, directly reducing the equipment's operating costs. The standard thin oil lubrication station completely eliminates bearing overheating and maintains a constant temperature for the main shaft bearings, extending maintenance intervals and service life.
