Methods to Reduce Jaw Stone Crusher Wear

The correct operation of a jaw stone crusher lays the foundation for its maintenance, preventing further wear. The operating methods are as follows:

1. Feeding can only begin after the crusher is running normally.

2. The material to be crushed should be added evenly into the crushing chamber. Avoid side feeding or overloading to prevent unilateral overload.

3. Under normal circumstances, the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃. If it exceeds 70℃, stop the machine immediately, identify the cause, and eliminate it.

4. Before stopping the machine, first stop feeding. Only after the crushed material has been completely discharged from the crushing chamber can the power be turned off.

5. If the machine stops due to material blockage in the crushing chamber during crushing, immediately turn off the motor. The material must be completely cleared before restarting.

6. After one end of the jaw plate wears down, it can be turned around for use.
